MEETING AGENDAS/MINUTES: Click on the meeting agenda to see the agenda and meeting minutes. 2026-2027 Meeting agendas will be posted closer to meeting dates. 2026-2027 PTO meetings are: 9/15, 10/13, 11/10, 1/12, 3/9 and 4/13. Meetings begin at 6:30pm in the Media Center. All Emerald Trail parents and guardians are welcome to attend. The September 15, 2026 meeting presentation is above. You will find our mission and who the board is. Also you'll find financial slides on the 2025/26 budget in review, expected 2026/27 budget, where the funds go, and how to suppor the pto. Additional slides highlight committee leadership needs featuring amount of commitment, timeframes and duties. Mr. Resley, music teacher, presented along with Ross Sutter of the Dulcimer project, a funding request for 4th grade music. Mr. Resley has been approved for $3,500 for the Dulcimer Project for 4th graders this school year. The money will go towards funding a week long musician in residence, Ross Sutter, to teach the students to build a Dulicmer. Additional funding will be used to decrease the cost of the projects from $20 to a lower cost per family. Find a videos explaining the Dulcimer project here:
